Our energy system  - Auras and our Chakra system 

Meditation - I will take you through a meditation to ground and connect.

Attunements - you will receive x4 attunements over the 2 days.

Prayer and Protection - Learn Reiki prayer and a protection prayer.

Breath - connection with self in the present

Physical touch - importance of hugs

Symbols - learn level 1 symbols, their meanings and uses.

Self Treatments - learn hand placements

21 day Cleanse - 21 days of Reiki self treatments

Treating others - hands on learning, practice with others
