Lavender Smudge Sticks...

These little beauties were cut, dried and rolled together with love and infused with Reiki energy.

Smudge sticks have been used forever to cleanse and clear areas of stagnant and unwanted energy, as well as to help purify the air quality.

Smudging with Lavender brings peace and positive energy to you and your space. Lavender also helps to calm the mind and release fear.

Here is my little poem for some guidance on how to use;

Clock wise clock wise held up high/up right

Intentions of love and light

Restore balance of dark and light

Angels assist you bringer of light

Cleanse and clear with love and light.
