Reiki level one is an awakening process and for many marks the beginning of a spiritual journey to wholeness. Reiki is love - Love is wholeness.

I discovered Reiki, well actually Reiki discovered me back in 2019. I had recently had a sudden stroke which caused damage to my cerebellum, the part of the brain which controls movement, balance and speech. My optical lobe was also damaged causing loss of my right peripheral vision leaving me unable to drive. This was life changing for me and caused my life to come to a much needed holt. A new and beautiful, messy, mad and magical journey was to begin for me. 

I had never even heard of Reiki before but after a divinely timed met up with my beautiful Master and Teacher S'Roya Rose I knew Reiki was for me. Going all in as I do, Learning Reiki 1 was one of the best and life altering decision I have made. I went on to do Level 2 in 2019 and just last year I committed to my Reiki Masters Teacher training,  so I could share and teach this most magical healing modality to others.

I can not imagine my life without Reiki, it keeps me feeling connected  balanced and strong. The symbols gift me peace and protection. I love sharing my journey and I feel so honored and blessed to share and teach the most wonderful transformational gift of Reiki.
